A disk array temporarily exceeding capacity caused an outage for some iManage and Pronto customers in our Global Switch Ultimo (GSU) Datacentre between 15:24 and 15:34 on Friday 2 June. This issue was resolved and the underlying cause identified during the outage as an incorrectly reporting capacity monitor. During the outage all services were paused and continued where they left off once the underlying issue was fixed.
