Dear LiveVault® Customer:
We are writing to inform you of scheduled maintenance that will affect your ability to access the LiveVault Web UI.
This change will not interrupt scheduled backups or restores requested prior to initiating the maintenance. The work will disable the Web UI and prevent customers from doing any tasks that require Web UI access. During the maintenance window, a message will be displayed indicating that the Web UI is unavailable.
Maintenance will begin on Saturday September 7th 2013 at 5:30AM and is expected to last approximately two hours until 7:30AM
While the scheduled maintenance window is approximately two hours, the outage might last longer than the stated period. HP will make every effort to have the affected Web sites functioning as soon as possible.
What action is required? No action is required.
