New in this release:
New Agent Interface
The redesigned PC Agent user interface has a modern look and feel that provides a more intuitive experience to users. It provides the same features and functions as the previous PC Agent.
Data-only backup support, by default.
To better align with the previous removal of Heal support, the following changes were made to Support Center:
- Support Center now selects the data-only backups option for Agent settings, by default. Previously, it selected the full system backups option.
- Support Center no longer automatically creates a default full system rule set for PC Agents.
New Agent Settings option in Support Center: Show user folders for all users on computer.
- Select this option to configure the Agent to display folders of all user accounts on the computer in the Users folder that appears in the left pane of the Backup and Retrieve panels. To display in the Users folder only the folders owned by the user currently signed in to the Agent, clear this option. The user can still browse to C:\Users\username to view the files of other users. This option is selected by default.
New Migration Mode feature.
Now, by default, after an account recovery, if you fail to retrieve files missing from your computer before your first backup, you can still retrieve them regardless of how many backups you perform. The Agent no longer marks for deletion files you fail to retrieve before your first post-recovery backup. Previously, the Agent marked for deletion files currently on the Data Center but missing from your computer at the time of the first backup after an accountrecovery. As a result, Compactor removed these files from the Data Center over time due to file expiration rules.

For previous versions of Support Center, it was not possible to delete older Agent Versions which were associated with PC with Server Option
CB-34817
In previous versions, Compactor occasionally generated the following error when it attempted to start in normal batch mode "CPrfData::CalcPrfMetrics.Is not a valid instance id". The issue that caused this error has been resolved.

The default PC Agent rule set now contains a locked rule that excludes the OfficeFileCache folder from backup.
CB-34969
An issue in myRoam that prevented the retrieval of mail archive NSF files that were not backed up with EMO has been resolved.
CB-35208
The getsettings -l command now accurately reports the backup completion status. Previously, this command indicated backups completed with warnings when they actually completed successfully.
CB-37509
The Agent now displays the Options tab to all users. Previously, in communities where email optimization (EMO) was not enabled, the Agent displayed the Options tab only to users with permission to edit their backup schedule.
CB-37513
The UpdateConfiguration utility now supports only U.S. English parameter names, regardless of the value of the Region and Language Format setting of the computer. Previously, the utility required parameter names translated into the language specified by the Format setting.
CB-37744
Corrected the spelling of the Data Center Management Console (DCMC) menu item Account Management Webserver Configuration.
