- Open the web UI https://cloudrecover.onlinebackup.com and login with your Partner credentials
- Right Click on the top level container of where you wish to create the customer and select New Customer
- Enter the customer details under the address Tab, then click on the settings Tab
- Select the customer subscription Type Required and modify the other values if required then click the new account tab
- Enter the administrators login name (first initial, last name) ie. for joe smith it would be jsmith, enter the email address and click add
- An email will be delivered to the customer with their login name and temporary password they must change on first login
