If using Internet Explorer 11 to access the LiveVault web portal, after login you may be presented with a blank white screen, to configure Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 to work with the LiveVault Web Portal, Complete the following steps:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools button
, and then click Compatibility View settings.
- Under "Add this website", enter onlinebackup.com, and then click Add.
