If instructed by your Support Engineer, please follow the procedure below to zip and send us your Veeam Agent Diagnostic logs.
1. Press the windows Key + R
2. Type C:\ProgramData\Veeam and press Enter
3. Right Click The Endpoint folder and Select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder
4. If you already have a Support Ticket open with CloudRecover, please reply to the support email and attach your logs, if you do not currently have a support ticket open, please email firstname.lastname@example.org attaching your logs to the email.
